    For the same kind of motor, high efficiency leads to low power factor. In order to improve the efficiency, the air gap of the motor should be increased to reduce the harmonic stray loss, which is proportional to the power of 1.5 ~ 1.6 of the air gap. The two measures are just the opposite.
