    Reasonable selection of bearing and grease

    The requirements of motor power, installation type, protection level and load type are different in different occasions, and the selection of bearing is also very different.     No.2 lithium grease and No.3 lithium grease are generally used for rolling bearing of motor, because lithium based grease has better performance than other grease and has wide application temperature range. For the derivative series of motors, lithium grease is used to seal the bearings, which can reduce the frequency of bearing maintenance and increase the service life of bearings. Lithium based and molybdenum sulfide bearing with high load is adopted. The grease should be cleaned frequently and the same type of grease should be replaced in time.

    During the operation of the motor, the bearing itself will shift due to the axial electromagnetic reason. At this time, the motor will produce a low frequency buzz. Therefore, it is necessary to apply an axial pressure to the bearing outer ring to eliminate the noise. The method adopted is to add a wave washer outside the bearing to ensure the bearing clearance is normal. The air gap magnetic field is used to detect the motor eccentricity, and the motor wear is monitored in real time. By observing the change trend of motor eccentricity, the hidden trouble of bearing wear and bearing deviation from normal track can be found as soon as possible, so as to avoid bore sweeping accident.
